Have been seeing these "India is shining" ads on the New Indian Express for the last coupla days-doesnt say much but highlights how India is "progressing currently " and how the future looks very "bright"...Government of India seal on the top-left corner and an Indian flag at the bottom..Election gimmick ??(doesnt make sense-lotsa money involved-full page ad-and language-an English newspaper,not any vernacular..)
Wonder whose idea it was..certainly seems to be working..so far that is...

Chennaites notice the ads on gemini flyover and elsewhere with lines like "Breasts you would die for "(!!) and "Thunder thighs coming to town !!" ??? Methinx its a teaser for a poultry/meat product/restaurant kinda setup...definitely attention-grabbing (literally !!)
