Anywayz..have been busy...doing a few things..work and non-work..

My blog stats...another attempt at understanding myself better..
Considering,it's taking so much of my time,lately..
*when i sleep at 1 AM after writing a post,and a tough day at office,it's a little un-nerving...and cause for concern..*
So...Did some work on that...

Last month,May 2006..was one of those where i made the maximum number of posts ! in 4 years !
16 !! Thats 2 less than my all-time high ! 18 ! in December 2003...

16 posts...a post..every 2 days..
horrible !

Dec,2003,the post length on average was 300 words..
May 2006,the post length on average was...800 words !
Horrible-r !

On average i have made a post every 4 days...4 years...366 posts...so..
And considering that my frequency now is 2 days,means...
i have had enuf months where i made a post,every 6 days...on average...

Why was my no. of posts in May,2006 higher ?
Bcos,i had a lot more time to be connected,in office..not the case anymore..

Dec,2003 ? 18 posts ?
Bcos,i had just about got settled in on campus..and my course..and started enjoying work...

Oct,2005 ? 14 posts ?
Quit my job...not much to do..just waiting for my notice period to complete...in mumbai and get back to chennai !

April,2004 ? 12 posts ?
Passing out of iitm..paradise...lost...

Now...The low ones...
Only 66 posts in the first 10 months (between May 2002 and March 2003)...7 posts a month..
Why ? I dunno..thats why !

Maybe...It was just another thing..it wasnt as much a dimension of me as it has come to be...now...
Infact the 2 years at iit..2004..have very few posts..probably cos of the stuff i was involved in,on campus...

I have made 4 drafts..in 4 years...
2 movie reviews..2 'Pink' movies...Karan Johar,Yash chopu-ish flicks..and i tore them into shreds...
one more on my experiences at job interviews..
and one...on a typical day in my life...while in chennai 2nd innings..

Havent posted them..wont possibly post them,ever...too graphic..too sordid...too...banal..

30 % of the posts have been gyaan sessions..'these-are-good,tried-and-tested fundas' posts...
22% of them..links and interesting info...trivia...interesting,to me...Majority of them in the early years..
26%..and it's a percentage which is almost 100 % in the last few weeks..have been 'my day today'-types..
The rest have been a mish-mash of sarcasm-laden ego-busting profanity-sparring episodes...usually against pals..

And...Plain tributes..again...pals..

And...what i call...'*sigh*' posts.."Forgive them father...for they know not they have sinned" posts...
'Watching from a grand pedestel..looking and lamenting..upon...humanity,life,love,love-life,etc' posts...
almost...a lower life form..almost...

A significant percentage of the posts around the 2003-04 period..were about music,movies,masti...
Again...IIT...PDV...love...freedom..friends...lets-go-get-it-done attitude...

2006..till date...70 posts..counting this one..in just over 6 months...

I was shit freaked out !!
