Have been almost down and out for the last 5 days with a bout of "who-knows-what-the-%$@!-it-was ??"....feel much better now but i guess i'll have to figure out a way of not falling sick too regularly-Beleive me it was a pain even going to the mess-imagine going to the kitchen and cooking something for myself once i'm on my own !!
