Room no 103...

That was my room number at Krishna hostel during MBA@iitm-
brings back memories....refuge,bar,vodka-biscuits combo place, joints,pink floyd,independence (!!),work till you crash,oat movies,the lab,uncle's tea stall,parathas at besantnagar beach,hi-look,dhaba express,sathyam cinema,krishna tv room,the sharav mess,sunday afternoon chicken biryani,stealing grub from kelya's plate,surd's drawings of girls on the rice on his plate,shubham chatterjee's fundas on everything,DB's tea-ing sessions,rohit's morde's daily getup and repositioning,vipin's marketing funde and intensity,sudeep's awesome brains,bhutan's hard work,nair's enthu,arun's PJs,ashwin's fast-talking gibberish,gurunath,GC,nandhini restaurant,gemini flyover ads,cycling as a viable form of transport,gaming sessions in kelyas room,inter-hostel cricket matches,everyday crushes("macha ! i am in love with X macha !...next day..."forget X da! i am in love with Y macha ! yeh final hai ! ") and...inspired thot( i came up with this one during one of those cool summer evenings...)

so...why this sudden bout of nostalgia ? i am going home this weekend...both homes actually...

home 1:my biological home..where i stayed for 10 odd years..with mom,dad and sis...
and
home 2:IIT madras campus...where i stayed for just about 2 years...but...where i actually grew up and lived life...

almost a year in mumbai now...last few weekends have been awesome...esp. sundays...will post some photos once i buy a good camera(which could happen early next month..inshallah...) some of the most unusual places even a bombayite has only heard of and i have already been there ! starting to like this place..i need to get out of here soon !!

PS:and when ppl say "you should move on in life...u still talk of the same things...dream of the same place...i respond first with "_!_,thank you for your unsolicited opinion..."and then " i guess you are rite...but who gives a damn! it's my life !! " and then say "look, i was at room 103..now i have moved to apartment 104 ! i have moved on !"
