ok..not newyork...ok...and not saturday nite..but..i always wanted to say it and here's the opportunity to do it...

Minding my own business and going to work...question on Go 92.5FM-Mumbai's most popular fm radio station..."Greg chappell vs. Saurav Ganguly..who do u support ??"

and i send an innocuous message on their call-line and....there's a call from them for me to speak on air !!apparently they liked what i said and/or not too many people responded ! ;-)

and so..

They: Why did u say what you did ??
Me : Lemme repeat what i wrote in the msg " I support Greg Chapell....Only bcos what he did was right...Ganguly came to him and asked him "who should he choose ? Yuvraj or kaif ?"...Greg gave him an honest opinion by saying "...between you,kaif and yuvraj,on present form, i think you should sit it out..."...."I think Ganguly is the quintessential cry-baby...he's proved what he's all about by going public with the matter...greg is neutral and is looking for the best 15 players to represent india on the field...if ganguly doesnt like it,he should go back home to mommy !"

hehehehehe....all of mumbai heard me(it's raining again...and people are stuck in traffic jams...again..with nothing else to do,i am guessing they are listening to the radio for trafffic updates and "timepass")...and i am liking it...something about the adulation...something about the self-confessed narcissism that's so endearing to me...
